about me

With an undergraduate in photography and graphic design, I have been making portraits since 1990. At the request of friends and clients, I opened my studio slanted lens in the spring of 2005.

During my sessions, I like to capture the intimate and personal moments of my subjects in a formal setting. This candid approach yet formal setting heightens imagery and insight into the individual. I work to capture this in each portrait in the form of light, feelings, composition, and relationships. I believe that you can find art and beauty in all my subjects.
